Fifteen Asia-Pacific countries has formed a free trade agreement called "RCEP" and signed on 15 Nov 20. "RCEP" full name is "Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement", which is a free trade agreement in the Asia-Pacific region led by China.
RCEP was first proposed in 2011, negotiations completed at the end of last year
A video meeting will be held on November 15, 2020, officially signed.
Member of countries:
China, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, plus 10 ASEAN countries, including Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, Indonesia, and the Philippines.

# India was also part of the negotiations, but it pulled out last year over concerns that lower tariffs could hurt local producers.
1) RCEP countries plan to reduce their tariffs by 90% within 20 years after the agreement takes effect.
2) Countries will also set up common rules in areas such as e-commerce, trade and intellectual property.
