Terms & Conditions:(For Meeting fee)
Attendees understand and agree to the association's meeting fee & cancellation policy:
a) The meeting fee is eligible for a 50% refund if the cancellation is submitted to the association on or before November 20, 2023.
a1) An administrative fee of USD100 will be applied to the refundable amount for cancellations.
b) No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after November 20, 2023.
Terms & Conditions (For the optional event - City tour):
Attendees understand and agree to the association's cancellation policy:
a) Attendees agree to pay a City tour fee of US$140 per person.
b) In the event that a minimum of 20 participants is not reached, this optional event will be canceled.
c) A full refund will be issued if this optional event is canceled by the association.
d) No refund will be provided if attendees/participants fail to attend for any reason.
