UASC Hanjin make Med port changes

UASC and Hanjin are to make eastbound Mediterranean port
changes to their joint AMC1/MEX service dropping Malta and adding new calls at
Valencia, Cagliari and Port Said
The service is tonnaged by UASC vessels between 3,800 and
4,200 teu capacity with Hanjin taking slots
As from the third week of October, there will be new
eastbound calls at Valencia (Oct 19th), Cagliari (Oct 20th) and Port Said (Oct
24th) with the last scheduled eastbound Malta call on this service to be made
on October 11th
The new port rotation for this service will be : Qingdao,
Shanghai, Ningbo, Yantian, Singapore, Port Said, La Sepzia, Genoa, Fos,
Valencia, Cagliari, Port Said, Jeddah, Khorfakkan, Port Kelang, Singapore,
Qingdao
Valencia is also an east and westbound call on the
UASC/Hanjin MINA/IMU service covering the Middle East/USEC trade, while
Cagliari is also served over the new slot deal UASC has with Hapag-Lloyd on the
Indian Ocean Service
(IOS) operated jointly with Hamburg-Sud covering the Indian sub-continent/Europe trade
